I have worked with Frank Nice for nearly 15 years to serve the poor of Haiti, eventually co-founding Health and Education for Haiti in 2008 as a 501(c)(3) public charity with him. Frank is a human being of strong convictions and built to serve others. He delivers what he says he will and is not afraid to fight for things he believes is right. Frank will be an excellent public servant when elected as Delegate for District 19.
